Goodbye Swaziland - Hello Kruger

We left the hotel at 7:15 this morning to finish the journey to Kruger National Park and arrived at about 10:30.
Twenty-one of us took an optional safari today after arrival where we saw lots of Giraffes,
Impalas, a Warthog, a Zebra, Elephants,
a pack of about seven lions taking a nap under two trees to have shade
a Crocodile,
a group of Kudos
and a group of Chacma Baboons.
We also saw an Elephant drink water from a pond
and saw several Hippos (one in a mud bath and several in ponds).
A lilac-breasted Roller
A couple of views of the park.  It covers thousands of square miles.  I think we traveled many of them today.  Ha!!

Tomorrow we have a full day game drive with the whole group and then on Friday we start heading southwesterly toward Johannesburg.
